Help

If you do not know your Login ID or LDAP password, please read the following step-by-step instructions, then follow them carefully.

If you do not know your Login ID:

1. Click Here to have your Login ID emailed to you. You will be asked security questions from your Identity Verification Service registration before your ID will be emailed to you.
2. Alternately, on the BNY Mellon internal network employees and contractors can use AccessHub to recover your Login ID.
3. Record your Login ID in a secure place.
4. Enter your Login ID in the User ID field on the Login Page.

If you already have an LDAP password but do not remember it:

1. Go to the Forgotten Password Service.
2. Then enter your Login ID and email address.

If you are not yet registered with the Identity Verification Service, you cannot use this service. Please see below instructions for MyResetExpress

If you know your LDAP password but your account is locked:

1. Contact the Technology Service Centre for password or account lockout issues.
2. If you choose the MyResetExpress option, you will be asked to enter your Employee ID number and to repeat your voice print phrase for authentication purposes. Once authenticated, you will be prompted to choose either the password reset or account lockout options.
3. If you choose to unlock your account, please wait until MyResetExpress says your account has been unlocked before hanging up.
4. In some cases, unlocking an account may not work. If this happens, call MyResetExpress back and this time reset your password.
5. The system will give you a temporary password over the phone.
6. After you use the temporary password, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
